Preparation is the best way to improve your chances of securing a property.
Have your finance pre-approved so you know what your budget is (we can recommend a mortgage broker if you need). Pre-approval means you can make quicker and more informed decisions.
Finding out about new properties not yet on the market for sale can better your chances of purchasing. Ask us about joining our VIP list to see our listings before the general public.
The first step in renting a property is to register your interest, this can be done by sending an online enquiry and is how we keep in touch about upcoming inspection times.
Once you’ve been notified of an inspection time you can register to attend, then you simply show up on the day and time specified and inspect the property.
After you have inspected the property you can submit an application to our agency for processing.
*Please note: each adult (all persons over the age of 18) will need to complete a separate application with supporting documentation, failure to do so may result in your application being unprocessed and ultimately declined.
All adults need to complete application forms as we complete tenancy checks on several default tenancy databases. In order for us to check an applicant we need to have a signed privacy declaration and a copy of their photo identification.
Please note: Failure to provide accurate information as to who will be intending on living at the property would be a breach of the Residential Tenancy Agreement whereby all persons who will regularly occupy the property must be named on the lease.
You can have someone you know attend on your behalf, just register to inspect the property and have your nominated person show up on the day and time specified. They will just need to advise our team member they are viewing the property on your behalf so we can record this information and there is no delay in processing your application.
Yes you do, it is our office policy that at least one applicant must view the property or have someone view the property on your behalf.
