Sales Person

Job Brief 
The primary role of a real estate sales person is to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
Sales person responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers in marketing their property for sale
• Prepare necessary paperwork (agency agreements, review contract prior to marketing)
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Display and market property to potential buyers
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Provide guidance and assistance to buyers purchasing property
• Conduct negotiations with the seller and buyer to establish a sale for the property, being the best price with the best terms
• Conduct in office exchanges and property auctions where necessary
• Develop networks and co-operate with property valuers, lenders, pest and building inspectors, solicitors and conveyancers
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and legislation changes
