Property Manager


Job Brief 
The primary role of a property manager is to take care of the daily business operation of an investment property.
Property managers act as an intermediary between the owner and tenant of a property.

Responsibilities
• Analyse market conditions and give feedback to the property owner
• Ensure properties are occupied
• Show properties that are for lease
• Process applications from potential tenants
• Receipt rent from tenants
• Organise records and documents
• Gather documents for financial reports
• Routinely inspect the property
• Organise regular property maintenance
• Address tenants’ concerns
 
Necessary Requirements
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional and friendly
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Strong work ethic
• Stress tolerance
• Computer literate
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Real estate certificate
• Drivers licence
 
Looked Upon Favourably
• Previous experience in a property management role
• Previous experience in real estate
• Experience using REST and FileSMART Archive
